We offer a full refund on all purchases within 30 days of delivery — whether the plans weren't what you expected, the product didn't suit your project, or you simply changed your mind.
Digital Products
All digital products are covered by our 30-day refund guarantee.
Since digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase, the 30-day window begins at the time of delivery. Simply contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your files and we will process your refund promptly.
How to request a refund for a digital product:
- Email us at support@beviswoodclub.com
- Include your order number (found in your email receipt)
- We will process your refund within 24–48 hours of approval
Physical Products
All physical products are covered by our 30-day refund guarantee.
To qualify for a refund, your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date, and items must be returned in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging where possible.
How to return a physical product:
- Email support@beviswoodclub.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return warehouse address
- Ship the item back in its original condition using a trackable shipping service
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 24–48 hours
Important: Please do not return items to our corporate address or directly to the manufacturer. Returns sent to incorrect addresses cannot be processed. Always wait for our team to confirm the return warehouse address before shipping.
Return shipping costs:
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
