LaserAlign™ provides 0.05° resolution and ±0.1° accuracy across a full 4 × 90° measuring range. It is ideal for dialing in 45°, 90°, and custom angles for saw setup, leveling, installation, and alignment work.

Does it work on non-metal surfaces?

Yes. LaserAlign™ can measure angles on wood, countertops, walls, floors, plastic, and other non-metal surfaces.

 

The built-in magnets only provide hands-free attachment on magnetic metal surfaces. On non-metal materials, simply place or hold the tool against the surface being measured.

What is the difference between absolute and relative measurement?

Absolute mode measures the angle relative to true horizontal level.

 

For relative measurement, place the tool on your chosen reference surface and press ZERO. That surface becomes 0.00°, allowing you to measure the angle relative to your actual workpiece, table, or machine.

Can I use it to calibrate table saw and miter saw blades?

Yes. Place LaserAlign™ on the saw table, press ZERO, then attach it magnetically to the blade. Adjust the blade until the display shows the exact angle you need.

 

Always switch off and unplug the saw before attaching, removing, or adjusting the tool.

How strong is the magnetic hold?

Strong magnets are built into all four sides, allowing LaserAlign™ to attach securely in multiple orientations on saw blades, steel pipes, machinery, and other magnetic surfaces.

 

For the strongest hold, make sure the contact surface is clean, flat, and made from magnetic metal.
